They made traditional wheat bread as well as the new types of bread such as spelt, rye, soy, organic corn, barley, oat and any other combination their clients want. They also produce typical sweets from Coín, made with the best local raw materials. They do not use any preserve or product thay may alter the flavour, texture, conservation or quality.
