Ripening: they examine the concentration of ethylene and follow an exhaustive control of temperature so they get an exact and homogeneous ripening.
NIRS: they use this spectrophotometry system to ensure the weight of each avocado and to clasify them for their ripening and guarantee the quality of the product.
Preparation: using the most advanced technology makes it easy for them to make the most out of their specialised lines of preparation and production.
Physiological ripening indicator (Spanish APM). With this exclusive formula, they know exactly the state and the ripening stage of each avocado.
Our Ripening Masters follow an exhaustive process to make sure that their avocados have the maximum quality and freshness and to ensure the food safety of their clients.
They were the first to use HPP technology becase avocados, and specially guacamole, need a complex and sofisticated production. This technology allows them to matain the original freshness of the avocados and extend their life, thanks to this innovative high pressure process that prevents oxidation. The result can only be the best avocado available in the market.
Their effort and knowledge about guacamole has make it possible for them to produce a new mango sauce, a new product that is also created using high pressure processes (HPP).
