All of their 100% Iberian pigs are bred in Valle del Genal (Serranía de Ronda), in a rough land with plenty of water and grass. Their pigs follow an strict diet since birth, based on cereals and legumes during spring and in summer and autumn they eat chestnuts and four types of acorn (ilex, dwarf oak, cork tree and gall-oak).
Their pure breed pigs, climate and geographic conditions in Valle del Genal and their feeding are favourable characteristics for fat infiltration and great texture and flavour. Their products are created for the Premiun sector and Signature Iberian products due to their uniqueness: high quality, tradition and limited edition.
