Their facilities are located in Antequera and they own 865 m2 where they produce fresh molletes, frozen molletes, camperos and regañás under the brand “Padepan”. Their production system is semi-automatic; they have the necessary machinery to make their elaboration and packing procedures automatic, so their clients get the highest quality and freshest products. They mainly retail sale to big companies and small establishments in Spain.

White fresh mollete: this product is a result of boiling a dough made with wheat flour and mineral water with edible salt and fermented with microorganisms species typical of bread fermentation.

Deep-frozen mollete: this product is a result of boiling a dough made with wheat flour and mineral watwe with edible salt and fermeted with microorganisms species typical of bread fermentation. It is later deep frozen.

Soft campero: this product is a result of boling a dough made with wheat flour, barley flour, mineral water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and yeast.

Regañá: this product is a result of boiling a dough made with wheat flour, mineral water, extra virgin olive oil, sesame seeds and yeast.
