They have a wide variety of national beers and some of them have been awarded with important international contests like the Brussels Beer Challenge or World Beer Awards: San Miguel Selecta, San Miguel Fresca, San mIguel 1516 and San Miguel 0’0. Besides these four awarded varieties, their range includes other innovative beers: San Miguel Especial, San Miguel Eco, San Miguel Gluten Free , San Miguel Clara and the flavour range San Miguel 0’0% (apple and lemon). Each of them has been through a different discovery path to explore themselves. A journey that announces that the best is yet to come and that certifies San Miguel as a beer expert company. San Miguel explores and invites people to explore different spaces and unknown territories.

About Mahou San Miguel

100% Spanish family company, leader in the beer industry in Spain with 34% of the total beer production. They own eight beer factories —seven in Spain and one in Idia—, three springs in their packaging plant and more than 3.000 professionals. They have more than 125 years of history that started with the foundation of Mahou in 1890. Since then, the company has not stopped growing. In 2000, Mahou bought San Miguel. In 2004, the canary brand Reina is added and in 2007, Cervezas Alhambra. They have also diversified their marked by buyin in 2011 Solán de Cabras.

They own a wide national beer portfolio. Some of them are Mahou Cinco Estrellas, San Miguel Especial and Alhambra Reserva 1925; pioneer products in their cathegory, and San Miguel 0’0%, San Miguel ECO, Mahou Barrica and San Miguel 0’0 Isotónicas, and brands that are suitable for gluten allergics like San Miguel Gluten Free and Mahou Cinco Estrellas Sin Gluten. They also have a wide variety of international beers, a result of partnership with Carlsberg and Warsteiner and with water brands like Solán de Cabras. Internationalization is one of their strategic keys to develop their company. They produce more than 70% of the Spanish beer that is consumed in the world and that is available in more than 70 years.
